Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide HR advice to the General Manager, manage HR projects, and ensure the company's sustainability, health, and dynamism.
2. Offer professional technical support such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and training.
3. Establish an effective talent management system and cultivate core talent teams.
4. Manage manpower planning and costs.
5. Ensure the company's HR compliance.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with over 5 years of HR experience in Australia.
2. Familiar with human resources tasks and local labour regulations.
3. Capable of handling daily HR tasks independently in a small company.
